THE PROBLEM & THE FIX

From nesting birds
to a sealed roof.

The owner of this Warilla home works long night shifts and sleeps during the day. Indian mynas had found their way into the roof space and pigeons were nesting under the solar panels. The noise through the day made sleep almost impossible, and the nests were filling the gutters and the space under the panels with debris.

We installed 80 metres of gutter guard around the full gutter line and every roof valley, sealing the gaps the birds were using to get into the roof. We then fitted 50 metres of solar panel bird proofing around every panel so nothing can get underneath. Kasey and Mathew completed the job personally over two days.

The result: a sealed roof, protected solar panels, gutters that won’t clog with nesting material, and a very happy customer who can finally sleep through the day.
