We soft wash roofs. That means low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills moss, mould and lichen at the root, instead of blasting the surface. It is safer for tiles, ridge capping and Colorbond, and the roof stays clean for longer than a high pressure clean. Black streaks, green moss on the shady side and orange lichen on tiles are the usual problems we see under the escarpment.
We focus on roof washing. Small roof repairs, such as replacing broken tiles and minor repointing, can be done while we are there. We do not offer full roof restorations or replacements, so we will never push you towards a bigger job.
Close to the water, salt and sand build up on paint, render and glass, and dark mould grows on south-facing walls. A soft wash clears it without damaging the surface.
Driveways and paths in Shell Cove, Calderwood and Flinders pick up tyre marks, rust stains from sprinklers and black mould in the joins. A pressure clean brings them back to near new, which helps if you are selling or leasing.
