    Why proofing, not removal

    Under NSW law, only a licensed person can catch a possum, and it has to be released on the same property after dark. Possums are territorial, so a released possum usually heads straight back to the roof it came from.

    That's why sealing the roof is the fix that lasts. A possum box in a nearby tree gives it somewhere else to live.

    We get up on the roof and check the gutter line, eaves, ridge caps, valleys, vents and anywhere trees touch the roof.

    Possums are protected in NSW, so we never trap or handle them. We only seal up once it has gone.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    No. We don't trap or relocate possums. If one needs to be caught, we'll refer you to WIRES.

    Not without a licence. Possums are protected in NSW, and catching one without a licence is illegal.

    No. We only seal entry points once we're confident the possum has left.

    Sealing the gaps closes the same entry points rats and other vermin use, so it helps keep them out too. We don't lay baits or offer pest control.

    It depends on the roof type, the number of entry points and access. Quotes are free. We get up on the roof, take proper measurements and check every spot before we quote.
