Kiama Terrace Houses is a working commercial precinct and a much-loved part of the town. Its connected roofs, established trees and busy shopfronts call for considered, professional upkeep.

Our role is to keep the roofs and gutters clear and cared for as part of the property’s ongoing maintenance. This contract reflects the work IMG takes on for strata and commercial clients: consistent property care, clear communication and direct involvement from the business owners.

A LITTLE LOCAL HISTORY

Part of Kiama
since the 1880s.

Built in stages during the 1880s, the Collins Street terraces have close ties to Kiama’s quarrying history. The buildings included homes for quarry workers, an inn and a post office.

Today, their timber verandahs frame a collection of shops and eateries. They remain a distinctive part of Kiama’s streetscape.
